• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Please provide your order number and photos/videos of the product and packaging when requesting a return.

• Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, altered, or improperly stored products are generally not eligible for return or refund.
